Dear Mr. Joy ... :
I have read some of the evidence on your web site. As I understand it,
Danny and Linda were happily married or it appeared that way by
watching 3ABN prior to the campmeeting in 2004. According to Linda
Shelton's web site she was faithful to her family including her son.
She got her son in to see a doctor who treated her son. Danny abandoned
his family which included Linda's son and did not support Linda
consulting this doctor who treated her son. (The Bible says that a
person who abandons his family is worse than an infidel.) Then Danny
accused Linda of abandoning him because she was seeking medical care
for her son. Then Danny divorced his wife and married another and also
he committed adultery by marrying her who was put away (see Luke
16:18). Now by his teaching both in word and by example Danny teaches a
different gospel than what Jesus taught (that one tittle of the law has
failed) (see Luke 16:17). Now, you are wanting the conservative
preachers who are now surrounding Danny and the General Conference
leaders to stand up and condemn Danny for teaching another gospel. But,
how can you get these conservative preachers and the General Conference
leaders to stand up like John the Baptist (see Matthew 14:4) and
condemn Danny, when, in 2000, in Toronto, the General Conference voted
to put into the Church Manual that it is biblical for a person to
divorce their spouse for abandonment and then marry another (even a
divorced person) in contradiction to what Jesus taught in Luke 16:18?
